Historically, the creativity and vision of leading architects have received most of the spotlight in the world’s most celebrated residential towers. But now, many of today’s prominent interior designers are coming to the forefront for their contribution to these luxury living environments. Their mastery of style demonstrated in the common areas and amenity levels of upscale condominiums spaces is inspiring today’s most discerning homebuyers.

Here are just a few names that you may recognize from publications like Elle Décor, House Beautiful and Architectural Digest, who are now bringing their creative spirit to some of today’s modern residences and condominium buildings around the world.

Thom Filicia

At our very own Riverwalk Place, the refreshingly modern, yet classic interior stylings of Thom Filicia will define the ambiance of Riverwalk Place – from the elegant residents’ lobby to the private Sky Club amenity spaces on the 21st and 22nd floors. Named an “International Taste Maker” and one of the world’s “Top 100 Designers,” Filicia is known for his Emmy-Award winning hit show, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Some of his A-list clients include Delta Airlines, Grace Bay Club, Rosewood Hotels, and entertainers Jennifer Lopez and Tina Fey. Filicia teams up with former Queer Eye personality Carson Kressley for a new series, Get a Room with Carson & Thom, which premiered October 19th on Bravo.

Martyn Lawrence Bullard

Designer Amy Lau’s portfolio of luxurious residential interiors includes an array of sophisticated and artistic homes throughout the world, with her work featured in publications including Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, House Beautiful, NY Cottages & Gardens and Martha Stewart Living. Amy’s approach to design has earned her firm some of the most coveted awards in design, including the House Beautiful Next-Wave Award, Architectural Digest/AD 100 Award, Luxe Interiors + Design Gold List and New York Magazine’s Top 100 List – a recognition she has received since 2012. The Arizona native has offered her unique expertise as a speaker and panelist for design conferences and forums around the world.

Paris-based interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot is known for his stunning interiors that brilliantly combine history with a contemporary touch. Featured on the ELLE Decor and Architectural Digest/AD 100 lists of the world’s preeminent talents in architecture and interior design, Deniot is recognized worldwide for his stunning and inspired interior designs. His projects span houses in the Hamptons to Chicago apartments, chalets in Aspen to private residences in Miami Beach. His hometown of Paris is also home to several of his stunning design achievements, including mansions, private apartments and countless other commissions.
