In the Center of It All
In addition to an expanded Riverwalk and MacDill Riverfront Park at the base of the building, neighborhood green space includes Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park, Lykes Gaslight Park, Curtis Hixon Riverfront Park, Waterworks Park, and the new Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park & Boathouse.
At the base of the tower, a 150-yard promenade will include a dazzling array of retailers, restaurants, and rooftop bar overlooking the river where an expanded Riverwalk urban trail, park, and proposed marina are sure to make Riverwalk Place the dynamic new epicenter of Tampa’s downtown riverfront renaissance.
Riverwalk Place also overlooks Tampa Bay where the Hillsborough River meets the prestigious, tree-canopied neighborhoods of South Tampa that parallel Bayshore Boulevard – a scenic, balustrade-lined linear park and greenway that extends the urban trail another 4.5 miles along Old Tampa Bay to Ballast Point Park and Pier, as well as the Tampa Yacht Club and Equestrian Center. Riverwalk Place, in the center of it all, above it all.
